Amy uses fresh, crisp, enormous Washington State apples, drenches them in her own gooey caramel and then adds even more.
For her "Nutty Delight"apples, Amy adds a coating of milk chocolate, embeds a layer of either peanuts, pecans or cashews, and then tops it all with toffee sprinkles and white pastel swirls.
