We ship both UPS and USPS, depending on which is most cost effective for you. Because of this, we must have the street address at time of order (no P.O. Boxes).
In the warm months we only ship Monday through Wednesday so deliveries are not delayed by the weekend. We do this to protect the quality of our products so we can guarantee freshness and your greatest satisfaction.
Special shipping requirements for Amy's Apples:
Because of the perishable nature of apples, we recommend shipping that will assure delivery within 2 or 3 days. For customers outside of the Pacific Northwest, UPS 2 or 3 Day shipping is recommended. For customers within the one or two-day ground shipping zone in Washington or Oregon, UPS ground is fine (see map below). In many cases we ship via USPS Priority mail because it is often the most cost effective way to ship our apples for quick delivery.

Returns
If our product arrive in a damaged or degraded condition, we will replace the items in exchange for the damaged products being returned (for our own quality control, we need to see what went wrong).
